A unified platform for listings, virtual tours, applications, leases, maintenance tickets and finance — with automated reminders and approvals that remove most manual steps.

Three audiences, one design system: tenants on mobile, agents on tablets in the field, and managers on large dashboards. Every workflow was mapped before a pixel was drawn.

Modular Node.js services behind a single API gateway, PostgreSQL with row-level security per portfolio, object storage for media, and scheduled jobs for billing and reminders.

Migrated data from three legacy systems with reversible scripts, launched portfolio by portfolio, and kept a rollback path at every stage.
